There’s no denying the fact that Mughlai cuisine is so fascinating and has developed its fan base all over the world. Brought by the Mughal Empire, this historical cuisine is an amalgamation of both Indian and Persian cuisines which is why it is known for its richness and melt-in-mouth textures along with the use of exotic whole ground spices, dry fruits and nuts. From the very popular Nihari gosht and chicken korma to mouth-watering desserts like shahi tukda, Mughlai cuisine has a myriad of dishes to offer.
